How does the 1 month free trial work?

When you sign up for your free trial you will be asked to enter your debit / credit card details. No payment will be taken until 1 month after your sign up date and you will have free use of the GoKonkr platform. If you choose not to continue with your subscription you can cancel at any point before your first payment date.

Can I pay my subscription monthly?

Yes you can! We collect our monthly subscription payments using the online payment platform, Stripe. Please be aware that if you choose to pay your membership annually you get 2 month FREE.

Can I pay my subscription annually?

Yes you can! The great news is that you pay for 10 months and we give you 2 months FREE.

Am I tied into a contract?

No! All of our monthly subscription packages can be cancelled at any time but you will lose access immediately and the remainder of your paid service access period. If you have paid annually you can only cancel at the end of the paid term.

Can I get a refund on an annual subscription if my circumstances change?

Unfortunately not! You receive a discount by paying for the year in advance and this is non-refundable.

Can I upgrade my membership subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade at the end of a paid service period. You aren’t able to do this manually, you must email an upgrade request to hello@gokonkr.com. Please include the email address you used to register.

Can I downgrade my membership subscription?

Yes. You can downgrade your subscription as long as the services you have received have been paid for. You aren’t able to do this manually, you must email a downgrade request to hello@gokonkr.com. Please include the email address you used to register.

Do you have an app?

Not at the moment. The GoKonkr platform can only be accessed through a desktop, laptop, or tablet. A native app is part of our future plans but as yet we don’t have a date.

Is the subscription payment by direct debit?

No, our subscriptions are recurring card payments and are collected by online payment platform, Stripe.

What is my paid service period?

If you pay your subscription on the 5th of each month your paid service period runs from the 5th until the 5th of the following month. If you have opted to downgrade or upgrade your subscription this will take place at the end of your paid service period. At this point you the features will change to the new subscription package and the subscription amount will also change.

Can I access all features of the platform during my free trial?

You get access to all of the features of the CORE package during your trial. If you have selected either GROW or PRO packages your access to these will begin when your first subscription  payment has been collected.

Am I insured immediately when I’ve completed my subscription?

Once you have completed your subscription you will be taken to an onboarding process where you will have to answer a series of questions that relate to the insurance policy. Once the questions are complete and you have signed the statement of fact we then have to wait for the insurer to acknowledge cover. Once we have received the acknowledgement from our insurer you are then covered.

Do I need my own Public Liability if I am subscribed to Konkr?

No. As long as you have completed the onboarding process and we have had acknowledgement back from our insurer you are covered by our industry beating insurance policy.

Is there any additional charge for the insurance?

No. There are no additional charges as your insurance policy is included in your subscription.

If I cancel my Konkr subscription does my insurance cover end?

Yes. Your insurance cover will end immediately when you cancel your subscription.

Absolutely. The GoKonkr platform is designed to support you during the early stages of your coaching career and beyond. We are here to support you in building and running a successful coaching business so you have more time to focus on coaching your clients.

My fitness business is established, is GoKonkr right for me?

Absolutely. There are many features on the GoKonkr platform that will help you streamline your daily business, marketing and client management task saving you time and money.

I am an online fitness coach, not face-to-face, can GoKonkr help me?

Absolutely. The GoKonkr platform is designed to support all coaches whether online or face-to-face.

What qualifications do I need to use GoKonkr's tools?

There are no minimum qualification requirements. In the event of a claim being made, you would need to be able to prove that you were competent and qualified to provide the advice to your clients.

Do I need to be a FitPro in the UK to subscribe to GoKonkr?

No. GoKonkr has features that will benefit all self employed FitPro’s but if you are based outside of the UK you will not be covered by GoKonkr’s insurance policy or have access to our accountancy services.

Yes, all our subscriptions include a monthly social calendar and social posts for facebook and instagram.

Do I need to register as a sole trader with HMRC?

As a sole trader you have a legal obligation to register with HMRC if your turnover exceeds £1000 in a 12 month period.

Do I automatically get signed up for a business bank account with Starling?

No. We highly recommend Starlings business bank account as it is FREE and designed for small businesses. It’s really easy to apply, there is a link in the onboarding process if you choose to bank with Starling.

Do I automatically receive a SumUp card reader?

No. We have partnered with SumUp as they offer Konkr subscribers very good and flexible payment options. You can buy a discounted card reader through Konkr and receive no charges on your first £400 of transactions.
